Why do I need an Home Inspection?

The goal of the home inspection is to advise you on the current condition of the home and it's major systems. You are hiring a licensed unbiased professional, to provide expert opinion on the condition of the property and your homes major systems. The home inspector is working for you, and is looking out for your best interest.

Will I get a Home Inspection Report?

Yes. You will receive a written report within 24 hours. The home inspection report documents the current condition of the home and recommends reasonable expectations regarding maintenance obligations and repairs. If major defects are discovered during the inspection service, photos are included in the report. The home inspection report will include safety and maintenance recommendations.

To help keep your home in tip-top shape, you will receive my "Now that you've had a home inspection", home maintenance manual. This manual will guide you through the systems of a typical house, how they work, and how to maintain them.

For more information about what is included in the home inspection report, click on "Inspection Service Scope of Work" or "Sample Report Click Here" at the top of this page.
